What grade of Bird's Nest do you use?
We use 100% traditional hand-cleaned bird’s nest from our Malaysian and Indonesian farms. Throughout the process, there is strictly no bleaching and our products are bottled and prepared in Singapore according to strict regulatory standards. You can learn more about our processes at AsiaWalit.
How do I store bird's nest product?
The shelf life of an unopened bottle of bird’s nest is 2 years, and it must be kept in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. Storing it in room temperature is perfectly fine. Once opened, we recommend keeping it in the fridge and consuming it within 7 days.
What are the benefits of Consuming Bird's Nest?
Regular consumption of bird’s nest can strengthen our respiratory system and has traditionally been used to enhance one’s complexion due to its high collagen content.
How long can I keep the fresh bird's nest?
Best consume the bird’s nest in 15 days.
Is it safe for children to consume Bird's Nest?
Yes, our bird’s nest products are definitely safe for children. We would recommend a moderate consumption level of 1 tablespoon a day.
Is it safe for pregnant women to consume Bird's Nest?
Yes, our bird’s nest products are definitely safe for pregnant women. We would recommend a moderate consumption level of 1 tablespoon a day.
How much should I consume?
The recommended amount is 9 grams – 15 grams a week. One bottle of MyNest Bird nest contains 3 grams of dry bird nest. Thus, at least 3 to 4 bottles a week is recommended to get the amazing result by drinking constantly.

How to buy AsiaWalit Bird's Nest?

Return & Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Item bought thru website after payment made is non refundable.
What are the payment options available to me?
You can pay by either direct bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (VISA/MasterCard ) or cash on delivery for orders via finestfood.com.sg or via our hotline. We are currently unable to accept payment by debit cards.
Order & Delivery
How do I check the status of my order?
On the next working day after you placed an order via our online shop, our staff will call you to arrange for delivery. Typically you should receive your order within 48 hours.
What happened when I'm not at home to receive Bird's Nest?
We outsource for logistic company to deliver. Driver will call you before delivery.
If there’s any changes, it can be made at least 24 hours before the delivery. Any last-minute change will impose additional fees. An additional fee (calculated by distance (km)) will be charged accordingly by the driver.
When can I receive my Bird's Nest?
We deliver on :
1st, 3rd and 5th of Monday- Sunday.
2nd and 4th Sat, Sun Off.
