Bird’s nest is one of the most luxurious and expensive animal produce consumed by humans. It is believed that bird’s nest has rejuvenation properties, containing antioxidants and elements that promote cell regeneration. It is also rich in protein and micro-elements which can help boosts our immunity system.
Bird’s nest contains 18 different types of amino acids. From these 18 amino acids, seven of them are essential amino acids. These amino acids can boost the body’s metabolism rate, speeds up recovery and helps in the repair of damaged cells.
Bird’s nest also contains a large amount of protein by weight. It also contains traces of minerals that benefits the body, like calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg).
